I found the hotel conveniently located near a metro station and just a short walk from the vibrant promenade filled with neon lights. However, my room felt a bit stuffy and was quite dim, not to mention the unconventional floor sleeping arrangement which wasn't the most comfortable. If you can manage the lack of comfort, it’s an affordable choice.
